Projektowanie informacji skraca dystans między nadawcą a odbiorcą: porządkuje przekaz, nadaje mu hierarchię i prowadzi wzrok tak, by sens „zaskakiwał” szybko i bez wysiłku. Jeden obraz wsparty krótkim, precyzyjnym opisem potrafi zastąpić długi wywód — a czasem po prostu rozwiązać problem tu i teraz. Kluczowe jest nie tylko co komunikujemy, lecz jak: tak, aby odbiorca mógł informację odczytać intuicyjnie, niemal „dotknąć” jej wrażeń — poprzez rytm, kontrast, skalę, przestrzeń i właściwie dobrany język.

Information design reduces the distance between sender and receiver: it structures the message, sets a clear hierarchy, and guides the eye so meaning lands quickly and effortlessly. A single image supported by a short, precise caption can replace a long explanation—and sometimes solve a problem on the spot. What matters is not only what we communicate, but how: so the audience can read it intuitively, almost “feel” it—through rhythm, contrast, scale, spacing, and the right choice of language.
